Solids Control, by definition, is an engineering process to efficiently separate drilled solids from the drilling fluid in order to maintain the required fluid properties and thereby reduce dilution rates, eliminate the negative effects of fine solids on well construction and production.
GEOS provide Shale Shakers and Decanting Centrifuges engineered to optimize drilling fluids efficiencies by maintaining fluid properties, which at the end improves the drilling efficiencies significantly.
Shale shakers are the first line of defense in the solids control system processing the entire circulating volume. With proper screen selection, shakers can remove most of the drilled solids, while reclaiming as much liquid mud as possible.
Our shale shakers are improved in G-force to use as drying shakers in waste management systems to make sure cuttings are dry enough for disposal.

GEOS uses decanting centrifuges to remove extra fine solids that cannot be separated by shale shakers , hydrocyclones or any other mechanical separation device.
Both hydraulic and electrical drive centrifuges can be used in the circulating system with different suction points to increase the efficiency of solids removal.
We currently offer three different type decanting centrifuges which are proven and well recognized in the industry for providing excellent performance over a wide range of applications.
